The NBA 2K League, a joint venture between the NBA and Take-Two Interactive, is a professional esports league. Launched on May 1, 2018, it concludes with playoffs that start on August 17th and finals on August 25th. All games are live streamed on Twitch.TV and available on demand after the live broadcast. The league uses a 5-on-5 format with 17 of 30 NBA teams represented. 
 
Working with production designer, Patrick Fahey and design firm 8 Hands High, PBTV provided four 3.2mm iMAG-R 3.2 LED screens. The LED screens consisted of two 28’ wide x 3.5’ high and two 10’ wide x 3.5’ Two Barco RLM-8W projectors were used for two 10’x18’ projection screens. The lighting designer was Otis Howard and Cigar Box Studios handled the scenic construction.
