NFL Kickoff Concert
PBTV helped kickoff the 2018 NFL season by supporting the 2018 NFL Kickoff Driven by Hyundai concert that was held at Penn's Landing in Philadelphia, PA. featuring mulit-platnium singer/songwriter Shawn Mendes. PBTV supplied four column screens consisting of digiLED DLPo5.9 5.9mm LED modules and two side screens of DLPo5.9, all with Novastar processing. NBA 2K League
The NBA 2K League, a joint venture between the NBA and Take-Two Interactive, is a professional sports league with games live streamed on Twitch.TV For the tournament PBTV worked with production designer, Patrick Fahey and design firm 8 Hands High providing four 3.2mm iMAG-R 3.2 LED screens. The Warrior Games
The Department of Defense (DOD) Warrior Games were held in June 2018 at the Air Force Academy in Colorado Springs, CO. Approximately 300 wounded service members and veterans participated in the competition. For the opening ceremony, PBTV provided five LED screens consisting of digiLED 5.9mm LED panels. PBTV also supplied mobile LED screen trailers and trucks with digiLED 7mm LED panels for use around the games for playback and scores/results. Click here to see video of this project
NHL Awards
The 2018 NHL Awards presented by Hulu were held at The Joint at Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas and broadcast live on NBC Sports and Sportsnet. PBTV provided a number of LED screens and creative LED products for the show including a main screen and trophy screen of digiLED 5.9mmLED modules; plus stage left and right were digiLED MK7mm modules. PBTV also supplied 400 linear feet of digiLED LightSlice 1,000mm for creative use on the set. Click here to see footage from this project
At Orlando World Center
PBTV provided over 600 panels of digiLED DLPo5.9 panels for client ADM Productions at the Orlando World Center Marriott in November. The 5.9mm panels were use to create four 20’ diameter semi-circles around the room, each 22’ high. Onstage were three 5.9mm screens, 10’ high x 21’ wide left and right and 10’ high x 26’ wide at center. PBTV also provided crew.
66th MISS UNIVERSE® Competition
The 66th Miss Universe pageant was held at The AXIS at Planet Hollywood in Las Vegas, NV and live broadcast on the Fox network. PBTV provided nearly 1000 panels of digiLED MK7 for six LED walls, each 30’ high and widths ranging from 8’ to 20’. The walls were positioned in pairs at upstage center, midstage and downstage. PBTV also provided crew for the event.

Inauguration Welcome Concert
On January 19th, the “Make America Great Again! Welcome Celebration” concert was held on the National Mall in Washington, DC. The event was live broadcast on CNN and performers included Toby Keith, 3 Doors Down, and Lee Greenwood.
PBTV provided ten LED walls. The onstage walls were 5.9mm resolution. Upstage right and left were each 5’ high x 10’ wide. Center stage left and right walls and close down left and right walls were all 36’ wide x 5’ high. The downstage left and right walls were each 21’ wide x 8’ high. For iMag left and right of the stage, PBTV provided two 7mm resolution screens, 26’w x 15’ high. Click here to see a clip from this event.
March For Our Lives
Pete’s Big TVs provided LED screens and crew for the March For Our Lives rally in Washington, DC on March 24th. All screens were digiLED MK7 7mm LED. Three screens, two 12’h x 10’w and one 9’h x 16’w were placed on the main stage. PBTV supplied 10 LED mobile video delay screens along Pennsylvania Avenue with screens sizes ranging from 9’h x 16’w up to 13’h x 23’w. PBTV client was CMI AV.

Sports Illustrated Sports Person of the Year 2017
PBTV supplied digiLED MK7 7mm for the Sports Illustrated Sports Person of the Year ceremony which was held at Barclay’s Center in NYC. Hosted by Joel McHale, it was broadcast on NBC Sports Network. Two 15’ high x 26’ wide LED walls provided a scenic back drop for presenters as well as playback of pre-produced packages about the nominees and live audience shots. Pitbull’s New Year’s Revolution
Pitbull’s New Year’s Revolution was the place to be for New Year's Eve in Miami and PBTV was happy to join our client Lock & Key Productions to provide Production Designer Anne Brahic of lucki designs, inc. and Screens Producer Laura Frank from Luminous FX creative LED products, including three digiLED DLP 5.9mm LED Floor Systems, 170 meters of digiLED LightSlice, as well as digiLED MK7 7mm resolution panels and digiLED Mirage MC15 Transparent 15mm LED Modules to create a visually stunning set that was a dynamic video-driven design which engaged both the revelers at Bayfront Park and the FOX broadcast audience. Chicago Cubs - 2016 World Series Celebration
For client Live Nation, Pete’s Big TVs provided eight LED Mobile Video trucks for the Chicago Cubs championship celebration in Grant Park for their 2016 Word Series victory.
The screens ranged in size from 8’x15’ to 12’x21’ in 8mm resolution. Positioned strategically throughout the crowd of 5 million people so that the historic gathering could be enjoyed by all.
The Kennedy Center - YouTube OnStage
John Legend, Lindsey Stirling and other artists made famous through YouTube performed on May 28 at "YouTube OnStage Live from the Kennedy Center”in Washington, DC. Pete’s Big TVs provided digiLED CS5 panels, four 20k Barco and three 40K Barco projectors for the e vent held in the Opera House. The free concert was also simulcast to the Millennium Stage screens in the Grand Foyer of the venue for those unable to get seats, and was live streamed on - of course - YouTube.
837 Concert Series - Samsung
Samsung Electronics America, Inc. opened Samsung 837 in New York City’s Meatpacking District as a cultural destination and digital playground. Pete’s Big TVs was on hand when Samsung surprised the neighborhood with an early summer street concert featuring Gwen Stefani and Diplo.
PBTV was brought in to provide the video screens, cameras, and video processing for the project by AG Light and Sound. The 20-foot diameter LED floor supplied by PBTV for the circular performance stage was made up of digiLED DLP 5.9mm LED modules. On the awning and façade of the Samsung building PBTV mounted a series of three digiLED MK7 LED screens. Click here for more on this project.

Papal Visit to USA
When Pope Francis visited the U.S. recently, Pete’s Big TVs helped bring the momentous occasion to the masses. Spectators gathered on The Mall in Washington, DC to watch the pontiff’s televised speech to Congress and a brief visit outside the Capital building. PBTV set up a 11.5 ft wide x 19.7 ft high screen using 84 tiles of digiLED DLP 5.9mm, a popular new indoor/outdoor product offering 6,000 nits of brightness. The tiles’ light weight (14lb per tile) made it easy to rig; with the overall wall weighing just over 1,000 lbs. For comparison the digiLED 7mm screen would have tipped the scales at twice that.
All New Upfront - Viacom
Viacom hosted the All New Viacom Kids and Family Group Upfront with Nick@Nite, CMT, and TV Land at the Time Warner Center’s Jazz at Lincoln Center Rose Theatre. Production Designer Mark Solan, principal designer of Mark Solan Design, created a layered, dimensional feeling with a large center projection screen surrounded with curved and straight LED video tiles using digiLED MC15 video tiles as well as GTek 37mm LED video panels. 9/11 Memorial Museum Opening
We were honored to work with Don Mischer Productions on the opening and dedication of the 9/11 Memorial Museum in NYC. For the ceremony - which featured President Barack Obama - we used two Barco 18K projectors to project supporting content onto the existing architecture - without hanging screens. Outside, our digiLED MK7 LED screens showed the event in real time for the overflow crowds.
150th Anniversary – Cornell University
CFDA Fashion Awards
The 2016 CFDA Fashion Awards took place at Hammerstein Ballroom in New York City. The Council of Fashion Designers of America’s annual event recognizes the outstanding contributions made to American fashion by individuals from all areas of the industry. The evening also featured special tributes to music and fashion icons David Bowie and Prince.
Pete’s Big TVs provided two Barco XLM 30 projectors for an 18’ x 32’ front projection screen that hung above the set, which contained five 90” monitors at stage level. The content came from the individual honorees as well from the CFDA honorees as well from the CFDA.
HALO Awards
Pete’s Big TVs provided a versatile mix of LED inventory for Nickelodeon’s Halo Awards taped at New York’s Pier 36. Equipment featured the new 10mm LightSlice from digiLED for trimming or outlining the mainstage window walls, the upstage left arches, marquis arches, the DJ booth and for a large column wrap. PBTV also provided two digiLED CS5 IMAG screens, 16 ft by 9 ft, and GTek 37mm tiles were used for the stage left and stage right video walls. The new digiLED DLP 5.9mm made up the four mainstage window walls, each 15 ft square.
Lending Club NYSE
When it was the Lending Club Corporation’s turn to launch their initial public offering and first day of trading on the NYSE, they wanted something extra. Michael Ahern Productions brought in Pete’s Big TVs to help. The company's banner was fixed to the facade of the famous NYSE building. PBTV provided fifteen 6’ x 6’ sections of GTek 37mm mesh LED arranged to resemble the blocks in the company’s logo. PBTV used d3 (now known as disguise) media servers to live feed photos of faces onto the signage in real time throughout the day.
Nickelodeon Upfront - Viacom
Viacom’s Nickelodeon channel took the stage at Lincoln Center’s Alice Tully Hall using digiLED DLP 5.9mm LED video tiles. Production Designer Thomas Baker, principal designer of Baker Brothers Creative Inc., covered the entire stage floor with the flexible video tiles that then curved up into an LED video cyc.
Nickelodeon upfront video design also included a center hero screen of digiLED CS5 tiles and ribbon screens of Gtek Flexible Display LED panels with a 15mm pixel pitch that curved around the sides of the stage, completing the dynamic and enveloping video design. Click here for more on this project.
